Problem: | Is it possible to define the path to the information/error log files running Project Management on Citrix (eg can you set a parameter in the PM.ini file to define your own path?) |
Problem: | Is there a way to change where log files save to? |
Problem: | Unable to view error log after importing with an error because the default directory is not available to the end user. |
Change: | If you are running Project Management on Citrix and your installation set-up does not allow the users access to the drive containing the Primavera program files (in this case the 慚?drive) users cannot see the contents of a log file. For example: When doing an import from MS Project, there was a message 慞rocess completed with errors? The path to the log file was shown as 慚:\Program Files\Primavera\Project Management\prmimport.log? There was no option to view or save the log file and the import was not complete, despite the error message saying that it was. |
