Executable:PM.exe Application:Primavera Project Management Event Code:PPUSP-3966-9 Message: PasteProjectUsingSP returned error -1 General error in NEW_PROJECT_CODES ORA-01403: no data found Error creating new project codes
Note: The above error was received running version P6.1 and editing the PM.ini file in Option 2 resolved the issue. |
Fix: | There are two options to resolve the error. Option 1 Have Oracle DBA extend the tablespace which contains the table in the error message (in the example above it is the trsrcsum table, which by default is in the pmdb_dat1 tablespace) Syntax: alter tablespace name autoextend on next <size>M; Example: alter tablespace pmdb_dat1 autoextend on next 100M; Option 2 Open the ”PM.ini” file and add the following line in the [Options] section of the file: UseSPToPasteProject=FALSE Note: This change will need to be made on each client PC which is experiencing this problem. |
