| Fix: | Be sure that the user has Read & Execute, Read & Write rights to the PM.ini / PCon.ini file. Locate the .ini file in the C:\Program Files\Primavera Enterprise\Project Manager folder, C:\Program Files\Primavera\Primavera Contractor\pcon.ini or similar path where the application is installed. Right click on this file and select Properties. Select the Security tab. Select the user and be sure the appropriate boxes are checked in the Allow column. Note: For 5.0 and later, the default location of the INI is in C:\Program Files\Primavera\Project Management NOTE: Must be logged in as Administrator to change rights to this file.
